For the 4th of July this year we barbecued at home and then went to the city event where there was a concert, food vendors, a car show and of course fireworks. Where life is always an adventure. I married my best friend Drew on August 11, 2007. Together, we have two dogs, two fish, a cat, and one big renovation. But our biggest love is raising our two beautiful daughters, Hadley and Piper.

Tuesday, April 14, 2015. My struggle with Postpartum Depression. I havent posted in a while and I am so sorry! Sure But I want this to become something we as women are more aware of and more willing to talk about openly because it is so real for so many. I have prayed for the words to come to me easily and to express how I felt in the time, so please be kind if you feel inclined to leave a comment on this post. I had no idea how wrong I was.
